NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  Contest is open only to CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (“C.A.R.”) members who are 18 years of age or older and residents of the United States.  To enter, just add the REALTOR® badge widget, which is a free C.A.R. member benefit, to your email signature or website.  Contest starts on February 29, 2012 and ends on March 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m.  There will be one (1) winner, which will be determined within thirty (30) days of the end of the contest.  Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries.  The prize is access to one LearnMyWay™ course, retail value $39.00.  Prize not redeemable for cash; no substitutions for prizes will be made.  Prize must be redeemed by September 30, 2012.  Redemption instructions will be provided to winner.

C.A.R. will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner via the information provided by the participant.  If despite those efforts the winner cannot be located within thirty (30) days or if any such person is ineligible under these rules or applicable law, that person will not be awarded the prize, no other person will be substituted for that winner and the prize will be retained by C.A.R.  C.A.R. is not responsible for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with, or as a result of, the winner’s acceptance or use of the prize.  By entering the contest, each participant releases and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless C.A.R., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize.  Winner acknowledges that he/she has read, understands and agrees to be bound by these rules, which will be final.  C.A.R., its affiliates and its and their employees and their families are not eligible to participate.  Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
